Data Deletion
Delete local documents
You can delete saved PDFs in the app or remove app data using your device settings. Documents shared or backed up through third-party apps must be managed in those apps.
Request deletion of analytics/support data
Email support@docluma.app with “Doc Luma data deletion request” in the subject. Because the MVP uses anonymous install identifiers, we may need information from the app or your support history to locate matching records.
What may remain
Some information may remain for a limited time in backups, security logs, legal records, or records needed to prevent abuse, comply with law, or resolve disputes.
